Business outlook
Pros
flexible hours, no experience required. This is a decent job for people looking for their first experience. Learn a lot about customer relations, working in a fast paced environment and chance to develop your communication skills.
Cons
This is a pretty labor intensive job. Unlike other food places, at Tim Horton's you'll likely have to wipe tables and clean dishes too, because they use ceramic plates and cups. Pay is minimum wage, and they rarely do performance evaluations and raises. Even when they do, it's only o.25. Management is condescending, no communication whatsoever
