      Pros

      Highly flexible work. It is paid really well, so the hard interview process is really worth it. Overall you have many opportunities regardless of the job that you do, so there is job for Management, Developers, QA and many more.

      Cons

      You have to find your own clients. When you enter the Toptal Network they are providing you the access to their clients, but you have to apply and get chosen to do the job for them

      Pros

      Toptal has been my favorite place to work so far! • The flexibility of remote work is amazing. • I’ve had the chance to work with fantastic clients. • The internal team is supportive, talented, and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can take a bit longer to find a new engagement if you’re looking for opportunities in Asian time zones. In my experience, Europe and the Americas tend to have more opportunities and faster matching.

Always Real Job not a Job where person working as Freelancer to some international client and post job which you do during your parttime.
