Pros

Flexible schedule with multiple office locations.

Cons

I do not enjoy having to say any of this, but in case they didn’t give themselves away in the job post or interview process already, this company misrepresents what really goes on there. I hate to see so many good dietitians start their careers off on this note. TNT classified workers as employees, but treated them more like independent contractors. I considered consulting a labor attorney to find out if this was in violation of labor laws, but instead, I found a new job. They like to hire new grads who don’t know any better. Through all of this, so-called employees sat through motivational quote-filled presentations, while management decided to stop paying said employees for these meetings without prompt written notice. I believe there is a certain type of person who is right for this company. Someone who doesn’t need benefits or job security might be okay here if you can stomach the bizarre culture. Turnover is extremely high. There are no benefits, company provided laptop, or health insurance. I’m not sure why the company has technology in the name because the technology used was quite outdated and nothing unique, but you will be frozen out if you do not feel comfortable up-selling diet plans that can be created using chat GPT. Incorporating religion into the job description is a definite red flag. The religion of your “employees” is irrelevant and has nothing to their ability to do their job.

Pros

They are fair and open. They are constant teachers, so you will always be growing and advancing in your skill set. The ownership is among the best I have ever worked for. They really care about their team and their clients.

Cons

Honestly cannot think of any.

Pros

You can gain a lot of experience from this job if you are willing to burn yourself out by seeing an unhealthy amount of clients each day

Cons

If you look at the reviews, there are four reviews written within four days in January 2022. All of those reviews are fake from the owners to cover up bad reviews that were previously posted. This highlights the type of company this is. Instead of making changes to treat their employees better, they manipulate things and try to cover up honest feedback. We just had three really good providers leave (that trained us) and none of the owners celebrated the work that they did for us, explained why they were leaving, or made changes. The exit process was extremely unorganized and it put a lot of stress on the people that stayed here because no one knows what’s going on. On top of that, one of the owners compared our turnover of about 25% of the company to Amazon… We only have less than 30 employees. They only value people that jeopardize their work life balance to make them money. They bill clients health insurance to build their own pockets, yet they don’t give their own employees any health benefits of their own. We’re a health company… on top of that, they immediately posted a job opening that said we have benefits, base pay, etc. which is a lie!!! I am currently looking for another job because I do not want to get burned by these people.
