The other EVs workers are amazing

Cons

Management sucks sorry but as the saying goes too many cheifs another enough Indians. Management doesn't do anything but sit at theyer desks all day and Don't do anything. And when you ask for help you never get it

I liked (most of) my fellow coworkers

Cons

After adjusting for inflation, my raise was a paltry <0.2%. I was told that was actually"very good." This was before it was announced that Touchpoint hit record profits. They also committed flagrant violations of labor law by telling us we weren't allowed to discuss salary amongst each other. Management was very poor during my time there. Lack of clinical knowledge and support made critical staffing periods much harder. We felt micromanaged when everyone was just trying their best. If you stood up for yourself or had a different idea, it was shot down. The morale was low and many people left for better opportunities. KPIs are a waste of time.
