Pros
Learned a lot about manufacturing and business management. Worked with some fantastic people. Great product, great brand.
Cons
The more I learned the worse IR measured up. The longer I was there the more problems I traced back to senior managers pushing personal priorities without any competent coordination or integration. A business unit was always in trouble with one VP or another.
