Pros
Very nice office, hours are normal and at times can be flexible depending on our manager. Every one expects a high caliber of work but is there to help you also. A lot of knowledge in the office, and for entry level people trying to learn the industry there is a lot of resources to help you learn, just need to take advantage of them.
Cons
If new, like anywhere else, getting to learn the industry.
