Heavy workload. Mork expectations from employee but less benefits from employer including compensation. Less compensation. No opportunity to learn new technologies. If you want to learn new things by switching to other projects, they will ask you to Stretch and learn. You get the designation along with lot of expectations. You are expected to Stretch and work. But you will not get any other benefits. You have to innovate new ideas. They always compare you with competitor company and ask you to put lot of efforts at work. When comes to employee benefits, they will not compare themselves with other organisations but simply say No giving justification that is not the company policy. Your work will be more but Salary will be less Not good hike. When you ask for hike, you get one answer that 'you can't get more as per company norms'
