      Has good pay and benefits. Not physically demanding

      Cons

      Terrible management. Nothing but mind games, narcissism, favoritism, micromanagement, and politics. Work in any department other than operations or quality if at all possible.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
