      Pros

      The Company is able to support career growth both vertically and horizontally. The size of the company allows for good incentives and resources for learning and execution.

      Cons

      Like any large corporation, change does not always come quickly. Also, you'll find that many (not all) departments work in silos which can slow work and hurt fulfillment.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
