Pros
Everything about the position was good, the pay is good compared to other Interpretation companies, they had good benefits.
Cons
It became really micro-managed, having to report for going to the bathroom etc. They would expect you to be on time, but force you to stay in a call even if it went for hours after your break/out time. Although, this was more of a upper-upper management thing, and the people themselves working in there were always really sweet.
