Nice company but terrible management - Interpreter TransPerfect Employee Review

Workforce management sucks ! the workforce management team in the tempe office is a joke. It is a bunch of lazy and incompetent ladies who are only there because they are friends with upper management. They literally spend their days walking around and chatting instead of doing their job, they can make your life quite hard if you are an interpreter as they are in charge of your day off request as well as your schedule and only grant you time off and good schedule if you are their friends.
