      Great team. All the employees are young and fun.

      Cons

      All the reviews are true, no work life balance. The hours are long and the pay is below average, including the bonuses. It's way too much stress for such low pay.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
