      Pros

      There are jobs available most of the time, depending on languages and area of specialization, but the turnaround is usually very short.

      Cons

      Messy communication, bidding system is not user-friendly and also a mess. I routinely get offered work in languages I don't even do!

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
