      Pros

      Great team spirit and nice people to work with; you learn a lot when coming to the company right after uni

      Cons

      Extremely low salary; feeling to be just an anonymous number and nobody cares, if you quit; if you are unhappy, your manager cares but has no power to change anything or help you; company grows and earns but doesn't give anything back to their employees; upper management seems completely detached from lower entry levels, like they don't care about them; no matter how many people complain, nothing ever changes

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
