Everyone is extremely overworked and the company overall is constantly taking on more capacity while being extremely understaffed.
The job entails a billion things that no one person/position should be responsible for, (ex: why would client services deal with billing?).
The clients are emailing with issues hundreds of times a day, but you also have to problem solve while doing a bunch of other work your manager doesn’t have the time or want to deal with.
It was extremely common to cry every day of this job, and everyone on my team knew we wanted to quit but were waiting for the right time or when they found another job.
