      Nice people, people are in the similar age, so they are all so friendly

      Cons

      Work is very stressful and micromanaging work. With a type of AI work, I am not sure of the future of this company.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
