      Flexibility. Exposure to modern technology. Great co-workers.

      Cons

      Compensation seems lower than market. Small company drama, large company headaches. Difficult to see where it's all going...but some signs of life.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
