Pros
There is always something to do. They have incentive programs for performance. There are plenty of other departments you can work in once you have learned everything in your department. Great open door policy if you need to speak to management, Overall great place to work
Cons
Sometimes you have surge of turnover, leaving you as the only one left in the department with the know how....this can be stressful until newbies are trained. Sometimes things happen in the market that alert clients and business owners so we get many more calls that we have to keep the customers reassured their money was safe.
