Anyone with true knowledge or managerial skill has either left the company or been let go giving bottom of the barrel individuals fancy titles and managerial authority. no opportunity for growth, constant layoffs, constant fear of losing your job. expectations get higher as staff diminishes resulting in extremely low worker morale although internal "surveys" miraculously reflect otherwise. resources necessary to successfully complete your job are not provided. even the basics such as providing heat air conditioning and building upkeep are absolutely terribly managed since downsizing to a cheaper location.
