      Pros

      Awesome benefits and coworkers, without the people I work with, I would have lost it already.

      Cons

      Department constantly restructuring, people are expected to take on senior/mgmt roles simply to cover all the bases without receiving any recognition or pay increase. Every action is micromanaged to the point where you feel inhuman. Treated as second-class citizens within the TA structure, explicitly told that some benefits are "not for us."

      Pros

      The pace and work/ life balance are very manageable and they are still pro remote work which is a huge benefit as a lot of companies push return to office. The benefits and salaries are great compared to the industry standards.

      Cons

      Lots of turmoil, changeover, layoffs and chaos caused by a recent re-org. ELT does not have vision or innovation outside of “AI” and it’s hard to feel confident about the long term success of the company. Lots of white men who lack creativity.
