      Pros

      Speed and active company, with passion, smart people, always trying to improve itself from different perspective, trying new things, innovative, always trying to treat employee good and right. This is a company with great future

      Cons

      Cross-team cooperation needs to be improved. People should have sense for the whole business but not just focus on their own territory or area. Management needs to encourage people to think more broadly

      Pros

      The pace and work/ life balance are very manageable and they are still pro remote work which is a huge benefit as a lot of companies push return to office. The benefits and salaries are great compared to the industry standards.

      Cons

      Lots of turmoil, changeover, layoffs and chaos caused by a recent re-org. ELT does not have vision or innovation outside of “AI” and it’s hard to feel confident about the long term success of the company. Lots of white men who lack creativity.
