I do not see any pros for working for this company
Cons
No HR support. You cant meet more arrogant HR people else where.
No policies for hikes and compensations.
They only look at whose working when you resign.
You would be in a doubt whether you work for a company or you are a slave for them . Its not a company. Its more like a consultancy.
Had a very bad experience.. worst company to work with... Want you to work more than 10 Hours.. juniors are given more priority than seniors in the organisation... Worst chairs to sit and work.
