Please note below few points :-
1) They take the originals of employees while joining for upto 6 months in the name verification.
1) They don't have projects of their own which they claim they have.They send employees to clients place to work and live on their billing.
2) Salary never paid on time. The earliest that you get salary is 7th of month.
3) Dont care about employees growth and only concerned on their billing on clients place.
4) Lots of hidden HR policies that are not told while joining.
5) They dont care about what atrocities an employee must be facing on client place.
6) 3 months notice period and not negotiable.
6) While joining they insist employee to join early by cutting/negotiating on his/her notice period with current employer, but on other side they will make you serve full 3 months notice period while leaving.
6) This review is an eye opener for all those wishing to join this company.
