Pros
Close knit group. The job is steady and you won't get fired unless you lie cheat or steal. Other administrative employees are very helpful and willing take time from their schedules to assist you. If you like floor operations you can be out on the floor quite a bit. IE Managers are all very nice and understand difficulty of working rough hours.
Cons
Long hours, management trainees limited to 40 hours per week, but IE supervisors work at least 10 hours a day. Off-schedule shifts are brutal, especially sunrise (2am-noonish) and nights (7pm-5amish)Operations and Operations Managers have little respect for what the IE department does.
