Pros
Get paid weekly. If you stay on, you will receive union benefits and the chance to move to different positions in the company.
Cons
I'm a female and I was harassed by one or two male employees. Also, one of the managers felt the need to target the females to find reasons to get them fired during probationary period. Be prepared to get dirty. Hours are not guaranteed. I would be scheduled to work 5-6 hours, but it turned into 2-3 hours and be sent home. No AC/Heat provided.
