Pros
It's a great place to work, some people are pretty smart in their field. Very straightforward day to day duties. I've never felt stressed working here and job security is good.
Cons
Few people understand technology here. It's like a bunch of people who don't know how to check their emails decided to create a business. The company has no priority that I know of besides to survive.
