Pros

Great campus if you live in San Antonio.

Cons

Completely tone-deaf executive management who manage to get 50-150% raises during the only unprofitable year in the company's 100 year history. RTO is being pushed hard with no basis in performance or capabilities other than a dismissive explanation that it is for "culture." No longer hiring or promoting remote employees, so you better live and love Texas. The culture, which mind you was award-winning while all employees were remote during the pandemic, is a great buzzword constantly extolled by management without any real explanation of what it means to them. Clearly to Wayne it just means seeing people in the hall whether they're productive or not.

Cons

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
