Pros
The only perk of working at Uline is their year end bonus. Also, the people you work with have the same views as the company..wanting to get out asap.
Cons
The management walks around and chats with other employees. You had ten minutes total out of your day that you are "allowed" to use the restroom. If you stand too much you will get "coaching". The hours you work are not normal business hours. The opportunity for advancement is minimal. When I put my two weeks in management treated me differently. Almost as if it was a sin to leave.
