Pros

The work culture and work environment is one the best I have ever seen. Very friendly work environment with fun and friendly co workers. Most Co workers are helpful and supportive. The employee discount is also great with 50% off regular and sale items.

Cons

The initial job announcement stated part time employment but they really want you to work full time hours for part time hourly pay that is less than what they pay there permanent full time staff. Management asks for your availability during the application and interview process but fail to tell you the shifts available are not part time shifts. The call center does not have flexible shifts for someone who works another job or goes to school. Training also needs to be more efficient, you spend more time learning about how great Kevin Plank is then the actual job you need to be able to perform. The training staff is fun and friendly but many of them only have 1 year or less experience on the job, which makes it hard for a new person to learn efficiently.
