Pros
Great discount on merchandise. 50% off when I last worked there in 2009. Managment was flexible with hours for students and adjusted to schedules accordingly.
Cons
Not too many cons to report. Requests from corporate were sometimes inconsistent. Many times when customers would not give email addresses, management would advise putting in fake emails to fill quota.
