After working at UA anywhere else you work will be a cakewalk
Cons
UA is the most hectic, unorganized, uncreative place on earth. Most of what you will do is try to undercut/rip-off what other brands did 2 years ago and implement "innovations" that don't do anything except help sell more products to their naive consumer base.
