Pros
Under Armour provided experiences that were impossible to buy. I was in a position to work with some of the largest partnerships and biggest personalities. I loved being able to develop a relationship with key influencers and partners.
Cons
Attrition is a real thing at UA. There are various (persona) reasons that people are leaving UA but what's really difficult is that the company would rather give the work to the other employees as opposed to onboard support. In addition, they have made public announcements that they will not promote individuals unless there is an open head count for advancement and their bonus structure is affected by their hiring processes.
