Pros
Relatively loyal customer base , strong brand under the Siemens umbrella, easy going due to missing ruthless executing in case of weak performances. Good for people who wants slowly retire. Good SW technology despite low R&D budgets compared to competitors.
Cons
Couldn't survive in telco market due to strong competition by US telco's, large carrier, IT companies. Expensive old fashion Goto Market model (expensive direct sales, limited partner capabilities, shrinking market due to converged technology Voice & IT ). Strong workers counsil against fast transfromation / change ! Weak management team, only a few rockstars.
