Pros
Finally a new CEO. There has been potential despite the mismanagement and dysfunction under Hamid. And the Gores group and Siemens board didn't help. Perhaps now the potential can be realized.
Cons
A turnaround is needed and a lot of work is required to get there. All of the rats have jumped ship, so a new management team is on its way...and that's good.
