Salary - Competitive in many fields, however, not on par in sales considering what other industries are willing to pay top performers. Culture - Non-competitive industry does not create the proper incentive for innovation and customer-centric business decisions. Unfortunately, the company does not self regulate resulting in a self-serving shareholder/profit-driven environment. Professional development- Internal advancement is sufficient, however, the skills acquired limit opportunities outside of the company as most do not have value within industries that operate in a free market.
