      Pros

      Pay is great post training, training is extensive, the people you work with are amazing, and you will get to travel and see places others don't get to.

      Cons

      One slip up and your done, pay during training is difficult to justify leaving a good paying job, union employees tend to demonize managers and managers tend to feed into that.
