      Decent salary, great benefits and retirement. Mobility within groups is more flexible than more big companies. Some talented staff.

      Cons

      Tiny cog in a large machine syndrome. Individual work not likely to impact the company on a large scale. "Good old boy" culture is rampant and stifling.
