      Pros

      Federal Retirement that’s the only reason people stay.

      Cons

      Extremely anti family dependent on what division you work in. HR is practically out to lunch! No bereavement leave paid or unpaid for extended family members, and you can’t use PL days for a funeral unless approved weeks in advance.
