Pros
global company, loads to learn, hr makes an effort to make staff aware about the global vacancies,
Cons
no scope for growth, only few people are promoted again & again, too much diplomacy & bureaucracy, too long hours from 8:30-17:30 with total of 45 mins break i.e. half an hour lunch break and 15 mins tea break in morning or evening. hr is puppy in the hands of management. Management wants to get rid of permanent staff & keep people on contracts on lower salary.
