      Pros

      Employee benefits are fair enough.

      Cons

      They don't hire the best people to do their jobs. Rather, they hire people with the bare minimum of the required qualifications. At first, I thought this was okay because they were giving a chance to newbies. However, this made working here more difficult as we needed to always adjust to other people's incompetence.

      None. The assignment is region specific but that has nothing to do with Vaco

      Pros

      Vaco placed me in an IT Governance/Architecture contract role at $xxx/hour and was hands-on throughout the entire process. They guided me through every stage of the interview, provided great prep, and kept communication tight. If you’re a senior tech professional looking for high-value contract placements, I’d highly recommend working with them. They’re responsive, professional, and clearly invested in your success — not just filling a seat.
