      Placements are often more about what the company needs than what you need to grow your career. Benefits depend on how your relationship with Vaco is structured. Many consultants don't get PTO

      Pros

      Emily is the best. I’ve worked with her for several years and she has consistently called me about available opportunities….Its great that you become eligible for several benefits immediately such as medical, dental, legal, dependent care, etc.

      Pros

      Open bar cause you need it to deal with co-workers and management!

      Cons

      People spend more time drinking than working. Pat sucks unless you are management. Office intimate relationships are off the charts for favortism!
