There are many problems with leadership. It feels that at this point timelines and KPI is way more important than doing good science. I found it very frustrating to having to deal with leaders who won’t listen or actually don’t understand how bench work works. I spend too much effort making up stuff to fulfill KPI so it looks good on paper than producing high quality results
