A growing company that is well positioned for growth within several verticals. Software is continuously being developed and updated. Nice and hard working employees who put in the effort needed.

Needs a little better communication from management about the exciting prospects of the company.

Competent and friendly employees overall, pleasant enough work situation. I do not in general regret my time there, but that is likely because I successfully transitioned away.

Leadership was very poor. Vision was largely nonexistent and to the extent it existed was poorly communicated to employees. Employee anxiety as a result (well justified given waves of layoffs).
