      It is a non-stressful workplace.

      Cons

      They have weak HR support, promoting someone that was not really fit or either met the requirements for the promotion and there is politics. Always have disputes in terms of salary.

      The pay is okay. The benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Never give raises. Micromanaging. Bereavement pay is 2 days for immediate family. PTO is minimal. No opportunity for growth/upward movement.
