Pros
Free beer and social events 90% attractive colleagues Future projects look like we might actually make something we can use as employees, unfortunately 90% will never be able to afford what they're designing.
Cons
Glass doors and concrete ceilings, they don't promote within, you'll get a meaningless title with no authority but all the responsibility. They have a revolving door of executives. One will come in, shake up everything you do, leave, then they hire another to do the same thing. Its unbelievably anti-productive but hey Adam's friends need jobs too. More work on your plate than you'll ever be thanked for completing. They're hypocrites. You'll be "threatened" about dating colleagues but they have no problem with "select" employees dating, even if its their employees. Your salary is set in stone, you'll be told any number of reasons why they don't pay anywhere near competitively and why your raises don't compliment your constantly increasing workload and responsibilities. But they're very tight lipped about executive salaries. They somewhat ignored the question during recent "town halls" which the CEO uses as an excuse to rant about how great he is and how lucky we are to work for him.
