Over the past year, like many companies operating in a rapidly evolving technology landscape, we have gone through periods of transition. Changes in leadership and team structure are part of scaling a global business, and while we have seen movement at senior levels, we continue to bring in experienced talent to support our next phase of growth.
On customer retention and market dynamics: the digital adoption space is evolving quickly, particularly with the rise of AI. We are actively investing in our platform and strategy to stay ahead of these shifts. While challenges exist, as they do in any SaaS business—we remain focused on delivering long-term value to our customers rather than reacting to short-term fluctuations.
Our product and engineering teams are committed to deliver high quality products and we are always working towards ensuring that our customers get the best in class experience. Any challenges or issues are addressed on priority and our customer feedback is a testimony to that.
Regarding culture and ways of working: we want to be clear that Whatfix does not support an environment of fear, bias, or exclusion. We are committed to building an inclusive and respectful workplace, and any concerns in this area are taken seriously. At the same time, as we scale, we continue to evolve our policies to balance flexibility, collaboration, and accountability.
We also encourage open dialogue and constructive disagreement. While alignment is critical in a fast-moving organization, we recognize that innovation depends on diverse perspectives and candid conversations, and we are working to strengthen that culture across teams.
