Pros

It’s a great side hustle and the people are nice and it’s fun. You have this whole other community you work with

Cons

I’d love to pick up more work with them but this is difficult due to the fact they really don’t offer evening training. I have a job during the day and this is how I earn extra income. The trainings are two weeks long but there are rarely evening options or even the ability to self train using videos from class to complete course work.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for the positive feedback about our community, flexibility, and the people you work with. We’re glad to hear you’ve enjoyed your time with Working Solutions and found value in it as a side opportunity. We understand the desire for more evening education and onboarding options, especially for contractors balancing daytime commitments. Education schedules are shaped by client requirements and facilitator availability, which can limit flexibility in some programs. That said, we appreciate you sharing this perspective, as it helps inform ongoing conversations around accessibility and future opportunities. We truly value the contributions of our independent contractor community and appreciate you being part of it. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for the time you spent with Working Solutions. We are glad you appreciated the flexibility to choose your own schedule, as that is an important part of the experience we aim to provide. We also want to clarify that agents operate as independent contractors rather than employees. This means individuals are responsible for managing their own taxes, which is standard for independent contracting roles. We provide information in each roles' description as well as during onboarding to help ensure this is clearly understood, but we recognize that this can still be an adjustment for some and are always looking for ways to improve how we communicate these details. We appreciate your feedback and wish you continued success.
