Pros

You will get the best training ever and many of the managers are cool. The interview process is fairly easy and it's fairly easy to get hired. It's fully remote with good benefits. Cool culture.

Cons

So many customers hate the product. Be prepared to get hammered with current customers that are mad because they were either "lied to" by an account executive about how the service works, or not getting jobs from their listing and are pissed they spent money or wanting bad reviews taken down and cussing you out or threatening to cancel service because you can't take down their negative review or getting billed when they weren't expecting a bill and etc. I'm just saying...you will get cussed out...be prepared. This role is a glorified call center job but If you can make it long enough to promote into another role that takes you off the phones, you'll probably enjoy working there.
