      Good work-life balance, nice people, company-wide wellness days, great health insurance package and other benefits, amazing managers from my experience. Clear path to progression. So much flexibility.

      Cons

      Sales can be tough. A lot of remote working making learning slow and can make the tough times even tougher.

      Lots of investment in AI, product development. Can be very nimble and agile when needed. Have driven real process and functional improvement over the last couple years.

      Cons

      Recent RTO. Leaders make decisions on whim and the rest of the company ends up react mode. Alignment across leadership suite is always great. High exec turnover
