      -India local management is full of crapstorm -Micromanagement, multiple reviews, biased behaviour -Management with questionable character and quid pro quo They re-hired a VP level candidate despite a very negative reputation in the Indian market

      Lots of investment in AI, product development. Can be very nimble and agile when needed. Have driven real process and functional improvement over the last couple years.

      Cons

      Recent RTO. Leaders make decisions on whim and the rest of the company ends up react mode. Alignment across leadership suite is always great. High exec turnover
